Dear Jim-
It is time for the Fifth Annual Soropti-Winter Putt-Putt Golf
Outing, which will be held on Friday, May 24, 2002 at the Grosse
Isle Golf & Country Club. This is an annual fundraiser
organized by the Wyandotte-Southgate-Taylor Chapter of
Soroptimists International. The proceeds from this year's event
will help charitable organizations in the Downriver Community. I
have listed the organizations on the second page of this letter.
If you are not familiar with the Soroptimists, we are an
organization of businesswomen, who work to help women and
children, both in our communities and around the world. We do
this by raising and donating funds to organizations who are not
funded by the government, but still do important work in our
community. We also sponsor scholarships, both locally and at the
national and international levels, to help women who are working
to make a difference in their lives. But we cannot do this
alone.
We are seeking assistance with our Putt-Putt Golf Outing
Fundraiser. The donations needed are listed on the next page.
Additionally, we welcome donations for prizes. Any assistance
you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Please fill out
the form attached and forward it to my office, or if you have
any questions please call me at your earliest convenience at

Hole with your company's marketing material or in any manner you
choose, the day of the event. (You must decorate your hole the
afternoon before the event) In addition the name of your
organization will be displayed on a sign at your assigned hole
and in our program.

Ticket cost includes dinner, 18 holes of putt-putt, and a
